We invite undergraduate and emerging scholars to showcase their research at our upcoming conference! This is your chance to share findings, receive constructive feedback, and engage with a supportive academic community. You can present your research as a poster or an oral presentation.

Poster sessions let you visually present your research and discuss it with peers, faculty, and professionals. Presenters will receive constructive feedback in a collegial and encouraging setting (if interest allows). This session is perfect for developing communication skills and engaging in scholarly dialogue.
Details:
Date & Time: Friday, November 6, 2026 | 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM
Setup: Posters must be set up at 10:00 AM on the day of the session.
Poster Size: Maximum 48" x 36". Two posters per table. Tables assigned to presenters.

Oral presentations allow student researchers to share their work in a formal setting with faculty, staff, and peers. Each presenter has 12 minutes for their presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. Faculty and staff moderators will guide discussion, maintain professional decorum, and ensure a smooth schedule.

Submission Guidelines
Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2026 | 11:59 PM
Requirement: Abstracts must be submitted on time to be included in the conference proceedings. Late submissions will not be accepted. Early submissions are strongly encouraged!
