Registration & Payment Instructions
Welcome to the New England McNair Undergraduate Research & Creative Scholarship Conference (NE-MURCS)! We are excited to welcome undergraduate scholars, faculty mentors, staff, administrators, graduate school representatives, and guests from across New England and beyond for a day dedicated to celebrating undergraduate research, scholarship, creativity, and academic excellence.
Please carefully review all registration instructions and information below before completing your registration.
If you are a McNair Program Director or staff member who needs assistance or is unable to submit payment at this time but wants to ensure registration, please contact us at info@newenglandmurcs.org for support.
Early Bird Registration: $375: May 25th - June 30th, 2026
Regular Registration: $425: July 1st - August 31st, 2026
Late Registration: $475: September 1st - October 2nd, 2026
Please Note: The first individual listed on this registration form will serve as the primary point of contact for all registration-related communication, updates, and follow-up information. Each registration form can accommodate up to ten attendees, allowing groups to register together in a single submission.
Step 1: Conference Registration & Payment
To officially participate in NE-MURCS, all attendees must first complete the Conference Registration Form and submit payment through the registration portal.

Student Presenters
Student Attendees
Faculty & Staff
Graduate School Representatives
Institutional Delegations
Guests & Supporters
Your registration secures your participation in the conference and allows our planning team to prepare conference materials, schedules, meals, presentation spaces, name badges, and accommodations.
What Happens During Registration?
During the registration process, you will:
Provide your contact information
Select your attendee type
Submit payment
Indicate dietary restrictions or accessibility needs
Share institutional affiliation information
Confirm your attendance at conference activities and sessions

Important Note for Presenters
If you are presenting research, scholarship, creative work, posters, performances, visual art, or any academic project during NE-MURCS, registration alone does NOT complete your presentation submission.
After completing registration and payment, presenters MUST complete the separate Presenter Information & Abstract Submission Form.
This additional form allows the conference committee to:
Build the official conference schedule
Organize presentation sessions
Prepare presentation rooms and technology
Create the conference program booklet
Review abstracts and presentation information
Coordinate moderators and session chairs
Failure to complete the Presenter Information Form may result in your presentation not being included in the conference program.
